Can I return my goods.

Yes, you may do so within 7 days of delivery date to KAMBUKKA Ireland store and we will refund you in full via the original payment method used (if possible) or exchange your item for another size or another item. As long as it is not used and is in the original packaging we will take it back.

Please note: You must have a valid proof of purchase so please ensure to keep it safe.

You can post it along with proof of purchase to:

Please note that returning goods is the responsibility of the customer (until we receive the goods) and the cost of returning goods must be covered by the customer.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders over €60 to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. All other orders have a shipping charge of €6.00

Orders may take up to 2 – 3 working days to process then shipped and delivered the next working day (unless otherwise advised).

For any order under €60 a shipping charge of €6 will be applied.

We will send you an email with a tracking number.
